Follow Eddie Merlot?s policies, procedures, standards, and performance expectations, as well as applicable laws and regulations related to liquor, food handling, sanitation, and safety at all times.Maintain a good team-work environment by willingly assisting other team members with their station duties and side work when there is a need and/or when available.May be scheduled to work meetings, banquets, and special events.Communicate information regarding Guest requests or complaints, out-of-stock items, and ideas for improvement to Managers.Assist with Platinum Club service and encourage membership.Take phone calls from guest for ?To Go? orders.Perform side duties, closing duties, and other duties as assigned by the Manager(s). Clean, stock, and maintain the bar throughout the shift.As they leave, thank Guests for dining with us and invite them to return.Follow established procedures for check presentation, payment, and tip-reporting.Mix drinks for Dining Room guests place on service bar area.Responsible for accurate pouring and portion control. Know and follow established drink recipes and presentation specifications.Follow up with Guests to ensure satisfaction with beverages and food.Serve appetizers and menu items in accordance with procedures. Follow standard procedures for accurately taking and inputting food orders.Follow menu merchandising procedures by listening, explaining specials, suggesting items, and up-selling. Guide guests through the menu and ordering process.Prepare and serve drinks, ensuring that lounge guests receive outstanding service. Greet guests as they arrive in the bar and take beverage orders.Ensure the Lounge is clean and correctly set up for guests. Ensure the bar is clean and well-stocked.Communicate with Manager and Hosts to understand reservations, guest flow, large parties, or special event needs.Follow established recipes and presentation guidelines.
